ONION STUFFED WITH MEAT
Orkide Joy of the Table Bucket Margarine, Orkide Sunflower Oil
INGREDIENTS
1kg of big onions
400 g beef steak (fine diced)
Flaked red pepper
500g of fine white flour
4 eggs (scrambled)
100g of flour
400 g beef steak (fine diced)
Flaked red pepper

RECIPE
Stirfry the fine diced meat in a pan in Orkide Joy of the Table Margarine. Season with salt, black pepper and flaked red pepper.
Peel the onions and cut in half. Boil the onions for 5 minutes and switch them to cold water. Peel away individual leafs of the onion without tearing.
Place one spoon each of the meat stuffing in each leaf and roll them up. Roll them up in flour, eggs and fine white flour respectively. Deep fry in Orkide Sunflower Oil at medium heat until golden in colour.
