SOUR APPLE STUFFED WITH LAMB
Orkide Sunflower Oil
INGREDIENTS
4 green apples
400g lamb meat (fine diced)
10ml of vinegar
1 onion
1 cup of olive oil
a hint of parsley
One laurel leaf

RECIPE
Cook the lamb and fine diced onions in a heated pan in Orkide Sunflower Oil. Add the vinegar and let it sit. Season with fine diced parsley and black pepper.
Carve out the apples with a small spoon. Stuff with cooked meat, add a laurel leaf on top and bake for about 25 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees.
